Late 80s, 90s Victor Costa black and white polka dot off the shoulder dress. Wowza - she is a stunner! The bodice has light, flexible boning. The tulip like neckline on this dress is absolutely fantastic; the under layer has a sweetheart cut and the top layer has a straight cut. Both layers of the bust also have light, flexible boning which really helps with the beautiful structure of the dress. Is any 80s dress really complete without an oversized bow? This beauty has a fantasy bow on the left hip.
