Return Policy
Please shop carefully as all sales are final. If you have concerns or reservations about a purchase, please contact us prior to checkout. If, however, you feel an item was grossly misrepresented, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Return requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. We will do our best to reach a resolution that works for both of us. Agreed upon returns are always for shop credit or an immediate exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping costs are non-refundable.*NEW - The "de minimus" where US buyers were allowed to import up to $800 USD duty and tax free from Canada has ended effective August 29, 2025. All USA bound shipments are required to be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to be accepted by Canada Post. Estimated duties will be calculated and shown as a separate line item at time of checkout. We have signed on with a third-party company to collect these fees up front from the buyer so that we can mark delivery terms as DDP.
Any USA buyers who wish to have orders sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), please let us know and we can ship with a courier company and buyer will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes at time of delivery. We do not accept any returned packages due to unpaid duties.

All orders are processed through Square’s secure server. Payments can be made via PayPal or Credit Card. We also accept Etransfer for purchases and requests can be made in advance for that option. *Please be advised that all shipments to the US are subject to additional tariffs/duties. Tariff amounts are determined based on country of origin and can be as high as 50%. Any items that are “Made in the US” are free from tariffs. Please contact us prior to purchase for a revised total.

We ship throughout North America and all orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. Outside of North America.

Swish takes seasonally appropriate women’s designer and vintage clothing and accessories; coats, dresses, pants, gowns, blouses, sweaters, handbags, scarves, jewellery, belts, shoes,etc. Items need to be in good, gently used condition. If dry cleaning is required, that can be discussed in person.

Swish is not responsible for damaged or missing items left on consignment. Although we endeavour to safeguard our goods, we occasionally have zippers broken and items damaged from mishandling. Articles are left at the owner’s risk.

If you have vintage pieces that you feel would be a fit with Swish, please feel free to call or send us an email. You’re welcome to drop in if you have less than 20 items without an appointment during regular shop hours.

Swish will consider a payout on goods rather than consignment, depending on the individual circumstances.
