Condition: Great vintage condition with minimal wear; this piece was handmade and as such tou can see the seams where the skirt was made longer with additional fabric; you can also see some of the marks on the fabric that perhaps was ment to be sewn inside - see photos for a better understanding. There is elastic under the bust that is loose, but still good as is - you may replace it if you want it to fit tighter
